Are You Ready for Life-Long Learning?
Between Easter, taxes, decluttering, garage sales and more, my weekend has been very full!
Despite this, I had two new resources that came to my attention this weekend that I wanted to share with you because I enjoyed them so much:
1. If you have Netflix, watch Brene Brown’s new program “The Call to Courage”. If you have followed Brene for while it will be a great reminder of her messages about vulnerability, courage, shame, bravery and more. If you haven’t heard her message yet – she is a legitimate researcher who is just so down to earth and funny. She inspires me to step out and into myself – even when it is downright scary! If you don’t have Netflix, you can watch her original Ted Talk or check out her website.
2. Check out the Side Hustle School podcast. My friend shared it with me and I can’t believe I hadn’t listened before. It is a daily blog highlighting people who have created a side income doing something they love. People who took a chance, were courageous (and vulnerable) and created something that is now of value to others as well. My personal Side Hustle – my coaching business and blog – literally saved my sanity a few years ago when my work wasn’t making me happy! Even if you’ve never imagined having a side project, you’ll be amazed at some of these quick stories.
If this spring is the time for renewal and growth, what is the opportunity you’re going to embrace?

PS. If learning about the side hustle causes that flutter in your stomach that makes you both excited and scared at the same time, email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) to chat…maybe a coaching session or 2 could fan the flames of excitement!
